Scientific Program

Sunday July 8, 6-8 pm

The Icebreaker will be held on Sunday, 8 July, between 6-8pm, in front of the CCIS building (see Maps, on Main Menu).  This is where conference participants can pick up their conference badge. Badges may also be picked up next to the lecture room on the Monday morning.

Oral sessions will take place from Monday morning until Friday at around noon. Talks take place in lecture room CCIS 1-430. Morning sessions will start at 9:00. Afternoon session will run until about 18:00.  Each session will start with a review talk (~ 50-minutes), followed by two shorter research talks (~25-minutes). Discussion will be lead by the two co-chairs of each session. Speakers are asked to allow several minutes for questions and changeover. Planning of poster contributions is in progress. Poster boards are 1.8 m wide, 1.2 m tall (6 feet wide, 4 feet tall).
